The Zoning Department will be sending out notices to residents with junk vehicles on their property. Fowler has a zoning resolution regarding inoperable, unlicensed junk motor vehicles that are exposed to public view. We all want Fowler to be a community to be proud of.

As a reminder, residents are encouraged to contact the Zoning Department concerning plans to build, including new fences. New addresses are also issued through the Zoning Inspector.

The Zoning Office enforces O.R.C. 505.87 which requires property owners to mow their yards and keep the property free of garbage, debris and/or refuse. If you are unsure of the zoning laws for Fowler Township or you have questions or concerns, please call to 330-637-1080. Zoning office hours are every Tuseday from 6—8 pm.
